At Eniosta, each product is handcrafted with care in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
